I did this survey before and forgot the most important thing! My partner's car had broken down, and needed petrol (we thought). The Service people lent us a petrol can so we wouldn't have to buy one at the servcie station. Really helpful! (My partner doesn't drive a Subaru - yet!)

All of the above. Staff at Javis are all friendly helpfull and can not do enough for me. Everyone comments on the attentive service I receive when my car is being serviced such as being picked up etc. as colleagues have to wait for car or jobs not completed correctly or in timely manner

I have to say buying a car from Jarvis Subaru was a fantastic experience. Our salesperson John Wood was the best car salesman I have ever dealt with!!!! He was knowledgable, kind, patient. He was never pushy or did he ever put pressure on us. He could not help enough!!

I just wanted to thank you for all your help, I love my car and am enjoying showing it off. All I'm hearing from family is how Subaru's a great brand, that the Forester (in their opinion) is the best looking SUV on the market, great quality and they are loving the premium pack options. All I can do is smile, nod and think yep that's why I wanted one!

Yesterday Jessica helped me arrange full comp insurance through Swan and I was shocked at how much cheaper they were than the 3 companies I called and my own insurer (of the past 10years). Jessica was really helpful and I appreciate what you have both done for me.

The experience has been great and at no point have you or Jessica made me feel awkward about my budget, your professionalism and perseverance has been wonderful.

In the past 6 months I have been looking seriously for a car and have been to many yards (including other Jarvis yards) and none have been as willing to help. Once budget was discussed, frankly they have made me feel poor. I know I didn't pay full price but what I did spend was truly all the money I had, to me that was huge. Your help and professionalism made me feel excited about spending my money (and for me that's huge!) at the time of paying I wasn't nervous and didn't wake up the next day regretting it. So thank you.

Overall I experienced friendly helpful staff and pretty good communication about what was happening. I prefer to buy local and don't believe I have been disadvantaged in any way by not buying my car in the city - which is where I work so would not be inconvenient.
