The staff are very friendly and professional. Staff know the brand and associated products very well and if they do not know the answer to a question they know where to find it and relay the answer back to you promptly. I have brought my car to you since I purchased it and having worked in the car industry myself I have found myself not only able to have a laugh with your staff but also able to have informed conversations with them. I also feel that this would be possible even without my work history which continues to make my dealings with Jarvis Subaru enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

Was dealt with by Fab at Angaston. His service in relation to our needs was beyond excellent. He was not pushy in any way whatsoever. He was friendly and approachable and had excellent knowledge of the product that we were looking at purchasing. Following our agreement to purchase a vehicle he kept us informed of the progress regarding the vehicles preparation for collection and kept in contact at just the right level, not encroaching on our private life. He even came into work on his day off when we were due to collect the vehicle. Overall probably the best vehicle purchasing experience we have had.

I was always told by friends that Subaru's were expensive cars to service and keep! However when it comes to a professional organisation that has so far given me very good value for my hard earned money, then you win hands down!
