I nearly asked to speak with the manager about Scott's attitude. I've never been to a car yard where the salesman has been so good. Usually they're in your pocket "selling" the car. Scott told me what I neefed to know, answered all my questions. It was a pleasure, a rare find. Hey, you may have changed the used car salesman stereotype! Best salesman by far.

I waited for my car this time rather than come back later, and during the 2 hours sitting in the reception area I noticed all your staff were so friendly, helpful and courteous to every person that entered the showroom. Even though my 3 year warranty is finished, I will still bring my car into you for its service. I have mentioned before that even though I drive a 10 year old Ford, your staff have never made me feel any different than if I had a brand new Subaru, which one day hopefully I will be able to afford.
