I started getting my car serviced at Jarvis because I bought it used there and having it serviced at Jarvis was part of my 3 year warranty. I have continued coming to Jarvis past my warranty expiring because it is always a pleasant experience and I trust my car will be serviced properly. Brett has always happened to see me every time I have brought my car in and he has always been so friendly and professional. And I love hanging out in the lobby and getting work done while I wait for my car. The free coffees and biscuits are great too! :)

I waited for quite a while to be driven to work and watched your team with great interest as 'staff and customer service delivery' are something I am very focused on.
I observed that your customer service is exceptional and your staff have been well chosen (they are professional and clearly committed to providing an outstanding level of customer service. In fact I came into my office this morning before I got this survey and told the staff here that I thought your vehicle servicing operations were very impressive).
I waited for about 10 minutes to get checked in yesterday, however a simple acknowledgement by one of your busy team to say they wouldn't be long made the wait acceptable. The young man who drove me to work at Flinders Uni was polite and an excellent driver (so I felt safe even though I'm usually a nervous passenger). The fellow who completed my paperwork when I picked up the car has an extraordinarily good rapport with customers and presents as professional, genuine and friendly.
In a nutshell - your team is great (and they probably serviced my car well too!).

We had researched well & knew what we were looking for; (& what we could afford) but it was really the excellent service provided by an outstanding sales-woman, that made us decide NOT to look elsewhere. Karina, was refreshingly honest & did not promise us any "extras" - but still managed to arrange an exceptionally good deal that included the fitting of a towbar to our new car & arrangement of the first service (as our vehicle had been a Demo for 3/12). With Stuart working in WA the time factor was extremely important to us. Karina had all the paperwork ready for a 48hr turnaround-which was greatly appreciated. The operational information about the car was provided in a non-patronising way, that enabled us to understand the controls. Thanks to Karina I was able to drive out the caryard with confidence. She is obviously a highly efficient & valuable team member.
