The overall experience was outstanding from the moment I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. The entire process was seamless. It's sometimes the small details that can make a difference. Understanding all the fine print e.g. on warranties e.t.c. can be daunting, negotiating a trade in price can be a challenge, but not at Jarvis Toyota. The service I received from Victor, Chris, Nick and the new trainee Jordan was excellent. My experience dealing with the entire team at Jarvis Toyota was a pleasure.

The young lady who greeted me on arrival and finalised the paperwork when picking up my vehicle provided excellent customer service. This highlighted that the excellent customer service does not stop once you have purchased your vehicle.

As expected Michael was very helpful and kept in contact with the progress of work being carried out. Was not expecting a wash so was pleasantly surprised when my car was returned to me shiny and clean.

Scott Taylor was very helpful and patient with us. He was understanding of our apprehension towards committing to buying a car and wasn't pushy about us making a decision. All the staff were welcoming and were quick to help entertain our son who was tired and getting a bit grumpy whilst waiting. Nothing was too hard for the team who even let us install our baby car seat in the cars we test drove so that the whole family could try out the cars. There has been a problem with the car which as soon as I notified Jarvis, they have booked the car in to be fixed free of charge and are providing me with a complimentary hire car whilst the problem is fixed.
When compared to service we have received in the past when buying a car from other dealers, this experience was above and beyond expectation. And to top it off, we were welcomed with a full tank of petrol upon pick up of the car! Couldn't be happier! Thank you!

Also finished on time and everything done that was requested.

I was really impressed with all the staff that I came in contact, including the sales staff. I was in a fix as I had put diesel into my old 1956 Land Rover and I was in a *****ty situation because of my stupidity. I was bought to the attention of your Service Manager, John, and I have to say that I would put him in the top group of people that I have met in that position. He arranged that the mechanical staff get on to draining the tank and cleaning it out in very quick time. The attitude of everyone concerned was absolutely top draw. Bloody impressive !!! I have already told a few people of my experience and if I was going to buy a Subaru, I have to say, that I would go no where else after my experience.
I also observed how other customers were handled and all at the same level.

The staff at Clovelly are always friendly and helpful and take time to explain the service being provided and afterwards what has been completed. The waiting area provided is extremely comfortable and tea, coffee and drinks are provided. Thank you.

My wife and I were explained all the benefits of buying a Toyota Hilux 4 x4 and we were looked after by the Jarvis Toyota Mananger and staff, and also got the ute at a good price with the promise of been looked after with all our utes service . My car was serviced and repair was carried out as requested. Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful as usual.

Spoilt as usual! No sooner had I sat down than a cappuccino was made for me, and everyone was very kind and attentive. My car keys were cut and coded, and it's SO good to be able to use a remote control again. After 9 years I'd broken one key and the other was wearing thin, so it was time to replace the set.
