Every contact I've had with Jarvis since buying my Skoda last year has been positive and my first service was no exception. Georgia was very professional and friendly and took my concerns re radio problem seriously, car was finished ahead of time, comprehensive report, radio sorted, delighted with how clean it was. I was further impressed yesterday when, on driving my boss up to buy a Skoda, a tyre warning light came on. Drove straight into service bay and despite the late hour it was checked, problem fixed and system reset. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly and helpful, it was a top customer service experience! Thanks.

I appreciated the timely job done. I was walking around with my 3 year old daughter "killing time" so appreciate that it was completed in the time frame specified. Also staff were very friendly and easy to deal with.

I love the way the MU-X functions. It is so good to drive. It is so economical. I have managed to encourage 4 other families to look at them as a possibility, and they have gone ahead and purchased one from you. They are just such a great vehicle.

Service at Kensington was good, I was kept informed during the day of the progress and the extras that needed doing. Everything was explained, very satisfied with it all. Also needed to have a chat the other day with the service department at West Terrace, and the guy I spoke to there, re some tyre info was really helpful.

We were extremely happy with the service that was received from Chris Bellamy in the purchase of our new vehicle. He was outstanding in not only answering all my queries, he also provided us with a great deal on our new vehicle purchase together with a great trade-in price for our old vehicle. When we also came in to inspect and test drive the vehicle, the other staff present were also very friendly and accommodating.
