We dealt with a second hand salesman (Chris) and a new car salesman (Matthew) with the deal. In the case of the RAV4 (12 months old), which has already been purchased the salesman was knowledgeable about the product, friendly, sense of humour, prepared to work a deal that was satisfactory to both parties and did a little thing like take a photo of the car and send it to my wife. The car was fully detailed on pick up. The other vehicle, a new Hilux, has been ordered and the two salesman worked effectively together to work out a package deal. When we returned to pick up the RAV the two salesman recognised us immediately and we were able to finalise the deal on the RAV and receive an update on the progress of the delivery date for the Hilux. The salesman for the RAV went through the features of the car prior to leaving the dealership.

Matt was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very patient. We were able to reach what I felt was a reasonable and acceptable deal, and in fact, I paid $400 MORE, than an alternative dealers offer for an apples for apples deal, purely based on the way Matt and Evan dealt with me, and operated their business.

James was wonderful - not pushy and very caring and informative - from his organisation of my test drive where he changed the car seat for my 2 year old grandson from my daughter's car to the test car so that I did not have to test drive on my own to the wonderful delivery where he had the car covered and then when I had paid revealed it to me. The car was ready when I wanted it and James very carefully went through all the 'clever' and new things of the new car so that I could enjoy everything and understand what to do. A wonderful experience!!!
