Not only the service was commendable but even the staff were also so friendly and helpful. I was to pick up my children from kindy after collecting my car. I forgot my children's car seat outside in the parking area since I was rushing to pickup my children... Didn't want to be late.. I immediately got a call from your staff to say that I left car seats there. What a relief.. Really appreciate their call, otherwise I would have had to rush back from kindy with no car seats.. As a part of the service provided, three parts were replaced under Jarvis Used Vehicle Warranty. On top of a well priced, well maintained vehicle, staff were kind, courteous and accommodating which made for a smooth and pleasant transaction, and were generous in throwing in a set of complimentary genuine rubber car mats and a cargo tray liner. A good vehicle purchasing experience all round!
