Car being returned washed and cleaned is a big plus. Staff are always very pleasant as well as being professional.

Chris was very helpful and knowledgeable. He put me at ease and made the whole experience comfortable.

I'd like to add that the courtesy lift to the CBD is a great service. I also got a call mid morning informing me of items of concern which needed addressing during the service. I was given information and costs of the extra work required. I was also called at 15:30 informing me that the car was ready. Needless to say, the car had been washed and cleaned. Top service all round. Maybe you could organise some later pick up times for the courtesy bus from the CBD.

Staff could not do enough to be welcoming and helpful - clock even on the correct time!!! I thought I would have to wait until the end of daylight saving for it to be on the correct time because I had read the manual and 'fiddled & fiddled' but could not work out what to do!!! Car looked brand new when I collected it. Love my car and loved the service experience!!

Smooth drop off and pick up of car. Was given a time the car would be ready at drop off and was contacted in advance that the car was ready for pick up so service was completed well within time allocated. Car is clean and tidy, staff were professional and since purchasing my Forester it has been a great car to drive with no issues. Hope this continues.

Friendly staff pointed me to a quiet place upstairs where I could work while waiting for the service to be completed and offered a cool drink on arrival and departure. Small things but that is what makes the difference between service and excellent service. Another good experience with Jarvis.
