It is a great feeling when you arrive to be greeted with a friendly smile and nothing is too much trouble as I waited for my car to be serviced 3 times the lady came to give me an update on my vehicle, every staff member who walked pased me in the lounge area smiled and said hello very impressed.

Staff well dressed and smart-looking. Staff smiled and were friendly/welcoming. Staff were interested in me. Andrew Searle was patient and thoughtful in his dealings with me as he explained the correlation of car age and kilometre useage when it comes to servicing requirements. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional in his approach as were his colleagues. Car was cleaned and so far is functioning as I would like it.

I'm very happy with my car. Also the salesperson seemed to have good knowledge of the vehicles and comparisons with other vehicles. Seemed to be trying to help me buy a car which would suit my needs and preferences. I think I received a reasonable deal.
