Fixed efficiently, appreciated the car wash.

Hi,

I took my XR5 in for a problem that I was unsure about, upon arrival a very helpful lady in the front service area - Claire I believe was her name, assisted me and organised for Justin to go for a test drive to try and pick the problem. He picked it pretty quickly and they both got the mechanics onto it promptly and diagnosed it as a loose axle nut which required a bit of work and covered it all under warranty which was fantastic!

The car is now back in tip top shape and i really appreciated all the help!

The car was ready promptly and was vacummed, which was nice as I only had time to get it washed the day before. The Staff were friendly, special mention to Brett, who gave me a bottle of water which was a nice touch, 10/10. Keep up the good work.

I have been going here for many, many years now. I lived down South for over 30 years but moved North a year ago! Even though I'm north I still come down here to have my car fixed. Andy is professional, has gr8 customer service and is always polite! Very rare to find these qualities anywhere else these days... Even though it might seem a travel to other people I miss the South extremely so hopefully will be back here soonish! ;)
