I would like to recommend your staff member Brett who is the forefront person at the service centre. He is and has always been impeccable in his attention to service. He is respectful and kind, he listens and pays attention to my car issues and always greets me by my first name which makes me feel remembered and respected. He always smiles genuinely! Brett was particularly kind to me the other day when I had to get my battery checked and made sure that I was looked after. I would like to suggest that if you have any reward policies at Toyota, that you consider Brett for such a reward or bonus or something that shows your appreciation for his work and commitment to Toyota's customer service. He is by far the main reason I bring my car to your Clovelly Park centre rather than anywhere else and then of course the fact my car gets the service it needs is the whole package. So please make sure that you support your outstanding staff with the recognition they deserve. This is what makes a good company great!
