This shows integrity of the company and staff which made the purchase of the vehicle an easy, enjoyable experience for me. The staff at Jarvis Barossa were genuinely friendly and extremely helpful and knowledgeable, which made the decision to purchase so much easier for me. I re-booked my car in for follow up service, thinking service personnel had not tightened up some bolts from my service 3 days prior. As it turned out, the water pump had failed and needed replacing. The staff put me at ease, fixed the problem same day and loaned me a vehicle so I could carry on with my day. Very professional and courteous, given I was not happy when I had to return my vehicle. I'm already considering my next purchase from Jarvis Toyota.

I love taking my car to Jarvis Clovelly Park to have the service done - especially now with the new lounges. I get to read my book in peace - one of the friendly staff come in every so often to see if I would like a coffee or a cool drink. My car is lovely and clean inside and out.
