I got the car I wanted. The sales staff to the valet were great. James, Sarah and Monique were very friendly and helpful. I felt like I was talking to old friends, even the service people said hello. Very pleasant experience, car was ready when I needed it and it was clean and the staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. As always services was exceptional with staff more than happy to help you in anyway from the time you are greeted on arrival to the time you come and pick up your car. All the way through you are kept informed and anything that is discovered during the service that needs attention you are notified and once you give the ok it is fixed right there and then.

The service I received exceeded my expectations. I was surprised that you had a new alternator for my HiLux in stock and was able to replace it and service my vehicle on the same day that I called to organise the service/repair. My service advisor, Michael, was very professional and kept me informed during the day. I was happy to see my car had been cleaned also. I will from now on have my second Toyota vehicle serviced with Jarvis. Thank you.
