Staff was extremely accommodating, had a fault with the car and due to work commitments needed to drop off the day before. Were happy to hold the vehicle for the night and fix it promptly the next day. Was very satisfied with the customer service and sympathetic to my circumstances. 

I've had company cars for about 25 years so sometimes the choice of vehicle was a bit limited and I had very little to do with the sales people and their respective organisations as our purchasing staff did all that. Having retired I spent a lot of time researching vehicles, dealing with sales staff and looking for a good deal. I was pleasantly surprised in dealing with Jarvis Subaru. I would especially like to thank Danny Meyer and Damian Campbell for the respectful and no nonsense way they dealt with our purchase and we got a good deal. Whilst it's early days we are delighted with our Forester and I have recommended Jarvis Subaru to friends and family.
