Friendly and helpful plus it was done on time and everything works as it should (no warning messages!). The thorough wash and vacuum was particularly appreciated since I have hairy dogs who slobber on the windows. I also appreciate the realistic pricing of the service.

From the first call to Jarvis Ford to the pick up of my new Ranger, this has been a very enjoyable process. I run a small busness and it was time to change my work vehicle over. After making a few calls I was lucky enough to have Greg Pett on the other end of the phone when I phoned Jarvis. I didn't have the time to go into lots of dealers. Greg's attitude and professionalism on the phone meant that I made the time to drive out and see him (with Michelle my wife in toe).

When we meet Greg at your dealership he was very frienly without being over the top. His knowledge of the Ranger was excellent and he was very helpful. Even when it came to the price negotiation Greg made it a fun challenge. I have dealt with other sales people before and it is refreshing that there are still honest and reputable sales people around, like Greg.

Furthermore, Michael Nguyen from the finance section and Storm Wallace (Customer Relations Manager) were both excellent and professional.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this dealership, particularly Greg, to people.
