The Jarvis Service Promise
The Coronavirus (Covid-19) is a concern for all of Jarvis and the entire community. We wanted to reassure you that we take this matter very seriously, and will continue to do all that we can to reduce the risk of transmission and exposure within our Dealerships and Service Centres.
Our Service Centres have implemented a variety of additional steps to ensure that we continue to provide our customers with the same great service we always have, ensuring the safety of everyone involved.
Additional Service Free of Charge
In response to Covid-19, Jarvis is pleased to offer the following services free of charge to all of our customers:
Additional Sanitisation Efforts
In addition to our standardised daily cleaning:
- All vehicles will be sanitised after being driven, including customer vehicles, demonstrator test-drive vehicles and service loan car vehicles
- Specialised teams perform additional sanitisations across the dealerships
- Hand sanitiser is readily available throughout the service areas
- Service counters are being sanitised after every transaction
- Coffee machines, payment terminals, pens and other consumables are sanitised after every use
- All Service staff wearing single-use gloves
- All Service staff change personal protective equipment frequently
- 24 hour SMS Booking Service
Two-Hours Express Servicing
Our Service Centres offer two-hour express servicing across a wide range of vehicles and services.
We have facilities available to allow a seamless and contactless drop-off. Each one of our locations has a ‘Drop-Off’ key box. Simply drop your keys into the box, SMS us and let us know you have left the keys and we will then be in contact with you relating to your service.
Enjoy contactless payment by settling your account over the phone and we email you your account to prevent the handling of paperwork.
To support our customers and the wider community, Jarvis now offers a pickup and drop-off service for your vehicle. Should you be unable to drop-off your vehicle at the dealership, we will come and pick your vehicle up, perform the service, and drop it back to your home.
Mobile Service Vans
To further assist customers, we are also offering a mobile service solution on select servicing. Allow us to come to you – easy and effective.
Vehicle Cabin Protection
All vehicles serviced will be fitted with a plastic cover over the steering wheel and the front seat to further reduce any potential contamination.
Additional Procedures Implemented
Jarvis has implemented not only the recommendations made by the Department of Health but also additional steps to ensure the health and well-being of our staff and customers during this time.
- Line marking in service reception to ensure 1.5m distance at all times between any individuals
- Limiting our service reception areas to the maximum amount allowed (i.e. 1 person per 4.0 m2)
- Removed all magazines and newspapers
