Friendly & helpful staff, clear explanation of what was planned for the particular service & agreement of same requested from me prior to commencement, clear communication when other issues identified during the service, decision about further action discussed with me & only attended to on my agreement. I was impressed by the comprehensive nature of the service provided, the professionalism of the staff and the manner in which I, the customer, was included.

Car wash helps. We had to wait quite a while for pick up but the staff kept us informed and were apologetic.

I found Marcus to be very accommodating and helpful when it came to offering alternative solutions to my next purchase of Ford.
