Staff well dressed and smart-looking. Staff smiled and were friendly/welcoming. Staff were interested in me. Andrew Searle was patient and thoughtful in his dealings with me as he explained the correlation of car age and kilometre useage when it comes to servicing requirements. He knew what he was talking about. He was professional in his approach as were his colleagues. Car was cleaned and so far is functioning as I would like it.

I'm very happy with my car. Also the salesperson seemed to have good knowledge of the vehicles and comparisons with other vehicles. Seemed to be trying to help me buy a car which would suit my needs and preferences. I think I received a reasonable deal.

Awesome service once again :) Very impressed at the professional service I receive every time I visit the West Terrace Store. I was asked if I needed to be dropped anywhere or required a car for the day, which I thought was great. Warranty work was carried out as asked. All service requirements where explained and quoted before starting service so I knew a ball park figure when I went to collect my car. The car was returned washed and sparkling clean which was very nice and appreciated though not expected. Thanks once again for a job well done. It was also nice to have a chat about how the car was going with the salesperson who sold me the car, to make sure things where going as planned, once again not expected but was nice for a follow up. Thanks once again and see you again when the next service is due.

Hi, I was traveling through Adelaide from Perth to Melb, my WRX started to fail when just leaving Adelaide. I then found your Kensington Service Centre and Chris, the service manager. He was both helpful and entirely professional in assisting me with fitting my problem(s) into a very busy pre-Easter week, finding the needed parts, even when the only original part was in Sydney and his team working find the complete root cause of the failure, when it was intermittent and normal diagnostics failed to see the problem part. I think that Chris and the team at Jarvis Kensington are an example to all other service industries of what level they should aim for.

I had a Yaris for 3 years and used to get it serviced at Toyota on North East Road. We brought this car 3 months ago and we took it to Jarvis Toyota. The set up(drive through reception, TV, coffee, laptop/network plugs), the service were all fantastic. The car was washed. All round it was great!!
