I had a code pop up on Good Friday. I originally couldn't get an appointment to look at it until 2 weeks later but after speaking with a manager/representative they were able to slot me in earlier which I appreciated as I am going on a trip. I was given a reasonable inspection price and contacted as soon as the inspection had been completed. Very happy with the efforts made to help me out.
