If I could select more options I would have also said the staff were really friendly and helpful. Especially nice to have Peter greet me with my name and friendly smile. It’s nice to be acknowledged in a world of negativity.

Knowledgeable about the car and answered all required questions and wasn't overselling.

My 10 rating today relates specifically to a warranty issue which Jarvis have agreed to fix. My car is only 3.5 years old having done 62K. Service staff identified a costly safety issue with the front ball joints. Jarvis have agreed to cover the parts under extended warranty which is a level of service synonymous with Jarvis.

Car always completed on time with complimentary wash.

After our wheel bearings were done last Thurs 7th Nov, a brake problem appeared next morning, Fri 8th Nov.
Unfortunately I was in the Adelaide Hills at the time, with 5 kids on board, after the Christmas Pageant.
I phoned Jarvis Cars Clovelly Park and it was taken seriously and immediately rectified.
It was managed by Paul in a manner reflecting the the highest standards, professionally and personally.
From this outstanding experience, I will always get our car serviced and repaired at Jarvis Cars Clovelly Park.

Once again great service received from the service department, as has been for the last 4 years and hopefully many more to come.

There wasn't one main reason - it was a combination of most of the options. Friendly staff, great communication (before the service and during), clean car.

John Wood is one of the best people I have ever dealt with across the Toyota dealerships. I bought the RAV4 as an interstate buyer, John was helpful and assisting in every way possible.

Again, Tim from Hillcrest Service Dept was very helpful.
