Large and spacious interior
There's space and comfort for up to 5 people in the Camry. Its cavernous boot has an impressive 535-litre capacity to fit loads of luggage. And the 60/40 split rear seats give easy access from the cabin to the boot, plus they let you carry long or bulky loads (except on Sportivo – which features a ski port and a 504 litre capacity).
Balanced proportions
Modern features, together with balanced proportions, give the Camry a sleek and streamlined profile. New curved and expressive head and tail lights add to the car's prestigious feel. While contemporary wheel designs across all models combine with short front and rear overhangs to deliver improved appearance along with better stability and handling.
Interior finishes to match the exterior style
In keeping with its pedigree, the Sportivo has sports seating with large side bolsters for increased support when cornering, plus black and alloy-look accents and a premium steering wheel. The Grande stands out with a luxurious leather-accented interior, curved surfaces and even wood grain-look accents.
Moonroof^
A built in panel of tinted glass in the roof can be tilted slightly for a flow of fresh air or you can slide it right back for a full sky view.

New exterior design & interior fabric design
All up there's 5 types of seat material available for the Camry, including 3 up-to-date new fabrics and 2 types of leather accented interior. Your options depend on the Camry model you choose.
Alloy wheels
The Ateva comes with 10-spoke, 16-inch alloys – these are also an option on the Altise. Both the Grande and the Sportivo feature large 17-inch alloys with 5 sharply-stretched spokes for a sportier look.
Innovative
Dual-zone automatic climate control air conditioning*
Set a temperature you like and climate control will automatically work towards keeping it constant. And the front dual-zone system means you and your front passenger can each set a different temperature – creating two separate 'climates' in the same car.

Auto-on projector-type headlamps
Light sensors automatically switch the headlights on in dim, dull light conditions. When they're on, the projector-type low-beam headlamps provide excellent light penetration, with forward visibility up to 80m.
Steering-wheel with audio controls^
Camry's modern-look steering wheel incorporates audio controls on all models except Ateva. Multi-information controls are available on the Ateva, Grande and Sportivo while the Grande steering wheel also comes with Bluetooth™ hands-free telephone controls.

Hands-free convenience with Bluetooth™^^ enabled satellite navigation
With touch-screen controls and voice and map directions, the Grande’s sat-nav** can guide you to most destinations in Australia. Register a Bluetooth™ compatible mobile with the system and you can have hands-free conversations as well. On all other models, Bluetooth™ hands-free is available through the audio system.
^^ The Bluetooth word mark is owned by Bluetooth SIG, Inc. Bluetooth™ will only operate with telephones enabled with compatible Bluetooth™ wireless technology (HFP [Hands Free Profile] version 1.0 and OPP [Object Push Profile] version 1.1 international standards). OPP functionality only works on satellite navigation equipment.

Sound System
Fantastic sound comes standard with Toyota Camry. All models have a MP3/WMA/CD compatible system incorporating psychoacoustic technology for a deep, powerful sound, spread throughout the cabin.
MP3 and USB connectivity
The audio input feature of the Camry's sound system lets you easily connect MP3 players and USB sticks# containing MP3 or WMA files. The plug in and then press play capability, combined with user friendly controls makes listening to your favourite music simple.
#USB capability is standard on the Ateva, optional on Altise and Sportivo, and not available on Grande. When selecting this option on Altise and Sportivo, rear camera is added and steering wheels controls deleted as part of the option package.
Rain-sensing windscreen wipers*
The Grande's rain sensing windscreen wipers adjust for the amount of rain and the speed of the car.

Power rear sunshade†
An electrically-operated rear sunshade reduces direct sunlight entering the cabin through the rear window. Power it up or down as required (If the shade is up and you engage reverse, the shade automatically retracts).

Sportivo performance features
The Sportivo's suspension package delivers an exhilarating ride, with low-profile Michelin tyres providing outstanding grip and a sharper, steering response. And with the rigidity of an extra rear brace, the Sportivo is a true sporty driving experience.
Fantastic fuel efficiency
The Camry's fuel consumption is a modest 8.9L/100 km[2] for the manual and 8.8L/100 km[2] for the automatic. With regular unleaded petrol, the Camry easily meets Australian emission standards and stringent Euro IV standards. You can also fill the Camry with 10% ethanol fuel (E1O).

Smart Entry & Start
Quick and convenient, the Smart Entry & Start system means if you have the key in your pocket or bag, you just need to touch a front handle to unlock the doors, press a switch to open the boot, and tap a button on the dash to start the car.

Safety
Vehicle Stability Control & Traction Control
Vehicle Stability Control (VSC) and Traction Control (TRC) work together for a smoother, safer drive. VSC uses the braking and engine output adjustments to automatically minimise under or oversteering when cornering. TRC prevents the wheels from slipping when accelerating in difficult conditions - such as on wet or gravel roads.
AB-i: Active braking with intelligence
Camry's AB-i incorporates Anti-lock brakes (ABS), Electronic Brake-force Distribution (EBD) and Brake Assist (BA). The ABS minimises wheel lock-up when braking, while the EBD distributes the brake force to each wheel according to the road conditions and vehicle load. BA adds a quicker application of full brake pressure only at the times when you need it, too.
Impact-sensing fuel cut
In the case of a severe impact when airbags are deployed, the Camry's normal supply of fuel is immediately stopped to reduce the chances of a fire or explosion.
6 SRS airbags
All Camry models now come with 6 Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) airbags. The driver and front passenger airbags deploy according to the intensity of the collision - minimising injury from the accident and the inflation of the airbag itself. Front driver and passenger SRS airbags along with dual front side and full-length curtain SRS airbags provide protection throughout the cabin.
Safe-T-Cell
With Toyota's Safe-T-Cell technology, crumple zones and energy absorbing material take much of the force of a collision. Plus, the front seats are designed to reduce the chance of neck whiplash injury in the case of a rear-end collision, while front seats' pre-tensioner and force limiter seatbelts are installed in case of a front-on accident.
Reverse camera*
All Camry models can have a reverse camera available to improve rear visibility when reversing. On Altise, Ateva and Sportivo, the image is displayed on the new 4.3" Display Audio. On Grande models, the image is displayed on the satellite navigation screen.
*The reverse camera is optional on Altise and Sportivo; standard on Ateva and Grande. Steering wheel controls not available on Ateva, standard on Altise, Sportivo and Grande unless reverse Camera option is taken. The rear view camera does not provide a comprehensive view of the entire rear area of the vehicle and should only be used as an aid for viewing when reversing.

2.4-litre VVT-i Engine
The Variable Valve Timing with intelligence (VVT-i) engine operates between maximum power and economy depending on your needs. It maximises performance available for overtaking, hill climbing and standing starts, but automatically adjusts to more efficient settings when cruising. It gives you fuel economy, reduced emissions and fantastic performance.
Intelligent Automatic Transmission
An electronic 5-speed automatic transmission with gated shift is available on all models. The transmission manages gear changes according to engine speed and load - reducing gear-switching and providing a seamless performance going up or downhill. The gated shift lets you manually select a gear for greater responsiveness and control.
Sportivo: built by Australians
Boasting a race inspired aerodynamic front and rear spoilers, side skirts and a dramatic sports grille, the Sportivo is finished with 17" wheels, low-profile Michelin tyres, sports headlamps and sports suspension. Its unique features give it a sporty Aussie style, which makes sense - it was conceived and is built here.
LED tail lamps
Camry's LED brake lights use less energy than traditional filament light bulbs, making the car even more fuel efficient.
