We bought a Landcruiser 200 series in January 2008 and were very happy with the deal and the treatment we recieved. Recently we decided that perhaps this was not the vehicle for us and came back to Jarvis. From the minute that we spoke to a salesman, Victor, to being able to test drive a couple of vehicle everything was smooth and painless. Your staff were friendly, funny and made a difficult decision to trade a Prado easy. We came away feeling that we had a great deal and cannot speak highly enough of all involved.

I recently had the misfortune to be involved in a traffic accident. My car was written off and I had to get another vehicle quickly. My knowledge of motor vehicles is not great; I am not a petrol head, shopping for cars is not my favourite pastime.
It comes in the same class as visiting the tax inspector and visiting the dentist. And so it was a pleasant experience to visit Jarvis Ford at Hillcrest and to be shown around the used car range by Ryan Flavel. He was knowledgeable and courteous. We picked out a suitable car in my price range with minimal fuss. Thank you Ryan and thank you Jarvis Ford.

The service I received whilst purchasing my new car was first rate. Kenneth was a real help and a good bloke. As I work its extremely hard to make time to go to Adelaide.
So Kenneth drove to Victor with the car I liked and that was a real help as I would not have had a day off for ages to see it.
When I picked up my car, the service by Jarvis was good. The car itself is quiet amazing and immaculate inside. So if I was to purchase another car down the track, I would most
likely ring Kenneth at Jarvis and arrange a meeting.
Also I would recommend him and Jarvis to many of my mates looking to upgrade from previous cars.

Hi Rob,
This morning at 5.00am the hazard fuse blow on my Ranger leaving me with no indicators.
I called the 1800 number for the roadside assist and to my surprise someone answered. I was able to arrange to meet the RAA within 35 minutes on my rounds. The fuse was replaced and on I continued.
I want to congratulate Jarvis on this joint venture with the RAA and compliment your company on the efficiency of the service offered.
