15-inch wheels
Sturdy and reliable, combined with 205/70 tyres, provide excellent steering response, stability and traction, for varying conditions both on-road and off-road. Optional alloy wheels add refinement and sportiness.
Rear full size spare wheel
Jimny Sierra comes with a full size spare wheel, mounted on the rear of the vehicle, providing better luggage space and easy access in any situation. It also adds to the adventurous look and personality of the car.

Drive Action 4x4
4x4 system with 3 different modes. 2WD sends all the traction to the rear wheels for a more fuel efficient drive. 4WD splits the traction 50:50 between front and rear axles for better off-road performance, and 4WD-L offers enough low range traction for some serious off-road driving.

The 3-link rigid suspension with coil spring front and rear combination is ideal for a sturdy and reliable off-road vehicle, at the same time delivering a comfortable ride for when cruising in the city.
Safety
Dual airbags
Jimny Sierra has dual front airbags, designed to protect the driver and front passenger in the event of a frontal collision.
TECT
Suzuki's Total Effective Control Technology ensures the safety of all vehicle occupants. Crumple zones absorb energy in the event of an impact, while the frame disperses it away from the cabin. The highly rigid cabin is also reinforced with side impat beams and reinforced frame mebers.
Front seatbelts with pretensioners and load limiters
Pretensioners tighten the seatbelts so they hold the driver's & front passenger's bodies firmly in an accident. Load limiters allow an amount of controlled seatbelt release shortly after the pretensioner is activated to limit the restraining forces & reduce the chance of injury.
Anti-lock Braking System (ABS)
Prevents the wheels from locking-up during heavy braking, allowing the driver to keep control of the vehicle and steer around an obstacle if needed, reducing considerably the risk of an accident.
