Jarvis Fixed Price Servicing - Used Cars
When you purchase a used vehicle from Jarvis, we’ll save you money, maintain your car in top condition and keep your free Jarvis 3 year unlimited kilometre warranty and RAA Road Service valid with our fixed price servicing; $199 for passenger vehicles, SUVs and light commercial vehicles, $299 for 4WDs. Our fixed price may vary due to additional work required under manufacturer’s warranty and service recommendations, and platinum spark plugs are extra.
Please note that if a used vehicle is still covered under manufacturer’s warranty the vehicle must be serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s requirements until expiry of that warranty, at which time the Jarvis fixed price service comes into effect every six months or 10,000kms, whichever occurs first.
Jarvis Fixed Price Service is not available for Jarvis Subaru used Subaru vehicles.
The Jarvis Fixed Price Service includes the following:
- Change engine oil
- Change oil filter
- Minor engine tune
- Replace spark plugs if required (platinum spark plugs extra)
- Check and top up fluid levels - automatic/manual transmission, brake/clutch, battery
electrolyte, differential and windscreen washer - Check and report on cooling system condition
- Check and report on front and rear brakes
- Check and report on tyre pressure, wear and condition (including spare)
- Check seatbelt operation
- Check air conditioning operation (where fitted)
- Check headlights (high and low beams), brake lights, tail lights, indicators and number
plate lights - Inspect air filter
- Check wiper/washer operation
- Check and report on suspension and steering mechanism
- Check handbrake operation
- Check and report on radiator hoses and heater hoses
- Check and adjust alternator, power steering, air conditioning and drive belts
- Check exhaust for leaks and security
- Lubricate doors
- Road test vehicle and report
