8/12/2013Ford Pepsi Max Crew finished with both of its drivers separated by a mere six points in the final standings following an intense battle between Will and Alex Davison which ultimately decided third and fourth for the year on the final lap of 2013. Heading into the weekend Mark was comfortably ahead of Will but his Saturday DNF coupled with a solid drive for Will swapped the positions on Saturday night. 24/11/2013Ford Performance Racings Mark Winterbottom remains firmly in the championship battle heading to the season-ending Sydney 500 after second place at Phillip Island gave him vital points in what is brewing to be one of the fiercest title decider in recent times. Starting from pole he slipped to third early before re-passing fellow title contender Craig Lowndes and finishing a close second. Team-mate Will Davison did not enjoy the weekend he expected and while he gained five and four places respectively in the two Sunday races, his points deficit to leader Jamie Whincup is 223 with only 300 on offer...

27/10/2013Ford Pepsi Max Crews Mark Winterbottom has substantially closed the championship points gap after he and co-driver Steve Richards overcame a mid-pack grid slot to finish third in the opening Gold Coast 300 race.Marks #5 Pepsi Max FPR Ford finished with a number of battle scars and the Bathurst winner admitted he was lucky to finish after hitting a wall three laps from home. He was forced to pit earlier than planned for his final stop due to his passenger-side window hanging loose but thanks to other results he is now just 49 points from new series leader, Craig Lowndes.
