Improved Performance and Fuel Efficiency for FPV

Jarvis FPV - Ford Performance Vehicles
Due to the enormous popularity of FPV, Jarvis Ford Norwood became an FPV dealership in late 2002. FPV enthusiasts around Adelaide were delighted to see FPV’s arrival at Jarvis, and Jarvis Ford reciprocated FPV customer support by becoming a sponsor of the Adelaide Tickford/FPV Club soon afterwards. www.tickfordclub.com.au
Jarvis Ford can be considered an Adelaide FPV specialist – not only are we a long term sponsor of the South Australian Tickford/FPV club and enjoy friendship with many of the FPV club members, Jarvis also is a big supporter of FPV and Ford racing orientated events. Between 2002 and 2005 Jarvis Ford was major sponsor of the Variety V8 Debate, held trackside at the Clipsal 500 Marquee. Enjoyed by a many of Jarvis Ford’s FPV customers, this event has seen heated debates between Ford V8 Supercar racing champions such as Craig Lowndes, Russell Ingall, Marcus Ambrose and their arch rivals from the Holden camp including Mark Skaiffe and Greg Murphy. In 2006, Jarvis Ford brought V8 Supercar Champion Russell Ingall to Jarvis Ford Gepps Cross to meet some of Jarvis Ford’s FPV customers who had purchased FPV’s such as Typhoon, Pursuit, GT and GTP. Russell Ingall was a fantastic VIP on the night, and was particularly frank when interviewed by our other VIP guest, Channel 10 Sports guru Mark Aiston. Russell stayed at Jarvis long after his interview with Mark Aiston concluded, chatting with Jarvis FPV customers, signing their FPV merchandise, not to mention autographing the engines of many of our FPV customers cars! In 2008, Jarvis Ford hosted another FPV customer evening at Jarvis Ford Gepps Cross when Jarvis Ford brought V8 Supercar Drivers from Stone Brothers Racing James Courtney and Shane van Gisbergen to meet some of Jarvis Ford’s FPV customers. James Courtney and Shane van Gisbergen were interviewed by Channel 10 Sports Guru Corey Wingard, autographed FPV merchandise (and FPV engines!) for Jarvis FPV customers. Jarvis will continue to host FPV events at Jarvis Ford for our FPV customers.
FPV fans also had the opportunity to meet V8 Supercar driver Craig Lowndes at Jarvis Ford Norwood at the release of the FG Falcon in May 2008. On the night, Jarvis Ford customers not only saw the amazing new new Falcon range, Craig took five lucky Jarvis Ford customers for a test drive in the FG Falcon around the back streets of Norwood. The new FG Falcon range sees changes to the FPV line up, which includes the FPV F6, FPV GT, FPV GTP, FPV GTE, also the FPV F6 Ute, FPV F6 Pursuit, FPV F6 Super Pursuit and of course the newly introduced FPV F6X.
