New Car Free Extras: All Jarvis new vehicles carry our exclusive five year warranty and five year RAA Australia Wide Emergency Roadside Assistance. The cost for these is fully absorbed by Jarvis and is not passed on to our customers in the form of higher prices. We regard free extras as a cost of doing business and should be covered through better efficiencies and productivity we achieve throughout our entire organisation. New Cars: One of the reasons the Jarvis group sells so many new cars is because our prices are low. We are continually monitoring competitor’s prices and making adjustments when necessary in order to benefit our customers. If in the event a customer has received a lower written quote for a new vehicle elsewhere we will endeavor to beat it.
Used Cars: Because Jarvis sells so many used vehicles we are able to often source inventory at significantly lower prices. Our streamlined reconditioning process and highly trained staff allow Jarvis to keep reconditioning costs to a minimum without sacrificing quality. This allows Jarvis to pass on savings to our customers in the form of lower prices.

New Cars: Our policy is very straight forward. When we advertise price for a new vehicle it includes all on road expenses, in other words, you’re able to purchase the car for the advertised price and drive away with it. This includes all on road charges such as stamp duty, 12 months registration, transfer fee and dealer delivery.
Used Cars: All Jarvis used vehicles offered for sale have gone through a rigorous safety, mechanical and body check to ensure only the best cars are sold at a Jarvis location. It is the policy at Jarvis not to knowingly sell used vehicles which have been involved in major accidents. Any vehicle that Jarvis considers not fit for sale or does not meet our rigorous inspection qualifications will not be offered for sale to the public. This gives Jarvis customers peace of mind in knowing they are buying a quality vehicle.
