It is the belief of the Jarvis group the absolute best price should consist of three elements: Credibility, Low Price and Value for Money.
Credibility
Our policy is very straight forward. When we advertise price for a new vehicle it includes all on road expenses, in other words, you’re able to purchase the car for the advertised price and drive away with it. This includes all on road charges such as stamp duty, 12 months registration, transfer fee and dealer delivery.
Low price
One of the reasons the Jarvis group sells so many new cars is because our prices are low. We are continually monitoring competitor’s prices and making adjustments when necessary in order to benefit our customers. If in the event a customer has received a lower written quote for a new vehicle elsewhere we will endeavor to beat it.
Value for Money
All Jarvis new vehicles carry our exclusive five year warranty and five year RAA Australia Wide Emergency Roadside Assistance. The cost for these is fully absorbed by Jarvis and is not passed on to our customers in the form of higher prices. We regard free extras as a cost of doing business and should be covered through better efficiencies and productivity we achieve throughout our entire organisation. This provides real value because our customers are receiving significant protection additional to the manufacturer's warranty at no additional cost.
